1st Ever Camper Reunion "Bring a Friend" weekend. Fri May 21-Sun May 23, 2010

The Mentor Meeting scheduled for Saturday March 6 has been cancelled due to lack of participation. We will reschedule the meeting for later in the spring.

 

2010 OPEN HOUSE DATES
All Open House events are held on Sundays from 11am-4pm.
No registration is required to attend and tours will be on going. We hope to see you there!

Sunday, July 4 - Saturday, July 17

Sunday, July 18 - Saturday, July 31

SESSION IV

Sunday, August 1- Saturday, August 14
hursday evening August 20- Sunday midday August 23

Payment and Health Form Due Dates:

All balances and health forms should be returned to the Registration office 2 weeks prior to camp attendance. All CampMeds registrations are due 1 month prior to camp attendance to avoid a $25 late fee. Registration is on going, for families who enroll less than one month prior to camp attendance, the full tuition will be due upon enrolling and health forms will be due asap.

Check in Sunday-

Check in takes place from 12pm-3pm. Mentors(formerly CITs) are not required to check in earlier.

Visiting Sunday-

12pm-5pm, please do not arrive prior to 11:45am, the gate will be locked to prevent parents from driving through areas where campers are participating in activities.

Check Out Saturday-

10am-12pm, be sure to check the lost and found area carefully before leaving camp
