Our peaceful peninsula offers space for your group to reconnect and relax, while our rustic, climate‑controlled cabins ensure a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming your group.
We host groups from early spring through late fall, except during our summer camp season.

Group Retreats FAQ 💬

We primarily host religious and educational groups looking for a peaceful, retreat‑style setting. This typically includes church retreats, confirmation programs, high school groups, and scouting organizations.

We can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably. We host one group at a time and require a minimum of 40 guests.

We only host organized groups. Individuals cannot sign up for retreats or overnight stays outside of our youth summer camp program.

Overnight guests stay in our traditional camp cabins, each with bunk beds, heat/AC, and nearby bathhouses. Cabins are simple, comfortable, and ideal for youth and adult retreat groups.

Your group will have exclusive access to our dining hall, chapel, meeting spaces, waterfront, and outdoor recreation areas. A limited number of camp activities can be added for an additional fee during fall and spring weekend rentals. See our Retreat Guidelines & Expectations.

We have designated parking areas near the camp entrance. To preserve the natural environment and safety of our grounds, vehicle access is limited to the designated parking area and portions of the field.

Cell service varies by carrier, and Wi‑Fi is limited. Most groups appreciate the chance to unplug and focus on community time. Guests may connect to Wi-Fi in and around the mess hall.

At this time, Camp St. Charles does not host weddings. Our facilities are exclusively available for religious and educational group retreats.
